Do unused credits roll over?

Yes, unused membership credits may be rolled over to subsequent months only while the membership remains active and in good standing.

What can I do with my unused credits?

Unused membership credits may be applied toward services, upgrades, add-ons, and retail products as long as the account is current and in good standing.

Credits hold no cash value and cannot be applied toward monthly membership fees.

Is there a contract or commitment?

There are no contracts, however, membership cancellation requests require thirty (30) days’ written notice submitted via email to [email protected].

Can I cancel anytime?

Membership cancellation requests require thirty (30) days’ written notice submitted to [email protected].

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle immediately following the 30-day notice period. Membership benefits remain active, and all scheduled payments remain due during the notice period.

Cancellation requests do not apply retroactively to prior billing cycles. Any unused credits will not be refunded.

Can I skip a month?

MARIKIT does not currently accommodate pausing memberships, however, if you are experiencing an unexpected hardship, please reach out—we will always do our best to support you (This clause is discretionary and does not guarantee waiver of payment or the cancellation notice period).

Can I gift my monthly treatment?

Memberships, benefits, and credits are non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively to past services or gifted to other clients.
