Entering the industry with a natural gift for precision and a deeply intuitive touch, she quickly ascended the ranks of the corporate spa world.

As a Lead Esthetician, Monica became widely recognized for her mastery, earning elite distinctions as a Clarity Master and a certified Dermalogica Expert. Her meticulous, results-driven approach and consistency garnered a fiercely loyal following, ultimately ranking her Top 3 nationwide for skincare curation and earning her the prestigious Elite Esthetician title. Beyond her individual craft, she went on to mentor and build the only fully Elite-certified esthetics team in the state of Florida.

Yet, despite her corporate success, Monica realized that true, transformative skincare cannot coexist with an assembly-line mentality. High-volume spas prioritize the clock; Monica wanted to prioritize the client.

Guided by her Filipino heritage of deep warmth and hospitality, alongside her faith-based values, she founded MARIKIT.
